Hi, we are Liz and Edial. Since late 2021, we have made beers, natural wines and ciders together. We make tasty beverages to enjoy with friends and loved ones, using local ingredients, funky yeasts, and open minds.
Okidoki is very small, and this allows us to focus on things that matter to us: we just make things we care about! We experiment, we use as many local bio-dynamic ingredients as possible, and we contribute to things that matter to us and communities we care about.
What’s next? We plan to go with the flow and to see where our experiments take us, but we'll always be releasing a lot of new things, and our instagram is definitely the best way to see what's upcoming.
