Hold My Beer - dry hopped Grisette (4.7%)

A grisette (a light saison), that's dry, crushable and has a creamy mouthfeel. Definitely not super fruity, but has some white wine notes (from the dry hop addition) if you look for them. It's an easy drinking beer with a perfect bitter that we love a lot.

Besides the Hallertau Blanc dry hop, we used hops from Edial's garden for bitter hops. The beer is bone-dry (how we like grisettes), and has a beautiful mouthfeel from the corn and oats that we used.
